The Küsnacht school offers lunch, day, and holiday care for around 1,000 children from 1st kindergarten to 6th grade in four school-complementary care facilities (KICK). The children are cared for during non-teaching times and school holidays.
In the care facility KICK Itschnach, around 120 children with different social and cultural backgrounds are cared for. To support the care team, we are looking for a

Your tasks
- Your working hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 09:30 to 18:00
- Care and leisure activities for the children in close cooperation with the care team
- Willingness to interdisciplinary collaboration with the care and school team
- Promoting a modern, contemporary health awareness and eating habits
- Administrative and housekeeping tasks
- Active participation in holiday care
- Active participation in meetings
- Collaboration with parents
- Training of a childcare professional
What you bring
- You have completed training as a social pedagogue, childcare specialist (FaBe), or a pedagogical qualification
- Professional experience in caring for groups of children in kindergarten and primary school age and already experience as a group leader
- Positive attitude towards people, quality awareness, teamwork skills, resilience, and independence
- Very good oral and written German skills
- It is an advantage if you have training as a vocational trainer
- For applications with a foreign diploma/certificate, a Swiss diploma recognition must be available
