your tasks

• Responsibility for the professional assembly of demanding metalwork projects on site
• Coordination of workflows on site and leadership of the experienced assembly team
• Ensuring and adhering to deadlines, quality standards and safety regulations
• Close communication and collaboration with project management, clients and other tradespeople
• Independent organisation of assembly work as well as active participation directly on the construction site

your skills

• Successfully completed basic training in metalwork (e.g. metalworker EFZ)
• Solid professional experience in assembly and preferably experience in a leadership role
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Professional, customer-oriented manner as well as strong team skills and resilience
• Valid category B driving licence is mandatory
