Deputy Head of Education Nursing (m/f/d) 100 %
from November 2026 or by arrangement.Your tasks
- Co-responsibility for the overall implementation of training programmes in the nursing sector: University of Applied Sciences FH, Higher Technical School HF and Health Specialists (FaGe) in compliance with legal requirements
- Planning responsibility across all educational pathways, approx. 65 trainees
- Representation of the Head of Education Nursing at internal and external meetings and events
- Participation in the qualification procedures of the nursing training programmes HF and FaGe
- Co-responsibility for the area of further education and training
- Taking over learning support at the patient’s bedside in the absence of nursing trainers
- Conducting job shadowing
- Ensuring the quality of training and further education and developing corresponding concepts and tools in cooperation with the Head of Education Nursing
Your profile
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse FH/HF, ideally with several years of professional experience in orthopaedics and/or paraplegiology
- You hold the federal specialist certificate as a trainer or are willing to obtain it
- You possess strong pedagogical skills and comprehensive nursing expertise
- You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You demonstrate high organisational skills and a solution-oriented attitude
- You have very good German language skills as well as constructive and empathetic communication abilities
