Head of Controlling

We are specifically developing our controlling further: moving away from primarily retrospective reporting towards forward-looking, data-based corporate management and an active business partner for our executive management. For this, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, technology-affine and implementation-strong personality.

• You take overall responsibility for planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and cost accounting
• You further develop our corporate management with driver-based planning, scenarios, meaningful key figures and clear recommendations for action
• You advance our sales, purchasing, customer and margin controlling and create additional transparency about profitability and costs
• You drive BI, data models and reporting processes forward and ensure a reliable data basis
• You identify sensible applications of AI in controlling and implement them pragmatically
• You actively accompany our transformation, especially in replacing the existing ERP solution as well as in BI and planning projects
• You lead and develop our controlling team both professionally and personally and also work operationally on key topics yourself
• You are a business management sparring partner for executive management and departments and translate analyses into concrete recommendations for action

• A solid education in business administration, finance & controlling, business informatics, data analytics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in controlling, financial planning and analysis or performance management as well as experience in a senior, project management or leadership role
• Very good knowledge in planning, forecasting, reporting and cost accounting
• An advanced understanding of ERP, BI and data architectures as well as very good Excel skills and practical experience with BI solutions
• Analytical strength, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to clearly and understandably convey complex contexts
• Initiative, enthusiasm for change and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Very good German language skills
