The Lindenhof residential home offers contemporary and attractive living and day-structure options in a quiet location in the heart of Basel. 24 adults with disabilities and varying support needs find a long-term home here, individually tailored to their needs.

You support people with disabilities in their daily living and take on tasks in accompaniment and care. In doing so, you help shape life in the residential group as well as day-structured activities. Key aspects of your daily work include being a key worker and promoting health. You develop development plans, implement them in daily life, and document your work according to guidelines. Interdisciplinary exchange with relatives and third parties is also part of this exciting area of responsibility.

• Completed training (FaBe, FaGe, Heilerziehungspfleger/in) or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in working with people with disabilities and/or psychological impairments
• Sense of responsibility, independent working style, and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work irregular hours (occasional night on-call duties, no split shifts)
