The Hôtel de la Cigogne 5* has 49 rooms, junior suites and suites, each decorated in a different style. This charming house features a traditional restaurant, a bar, as well as a magnificent lounge for meetings, cocktails, lunches and dinners accommodating up to 40 people.
Job Description
- Assist in monitoring personnel files;
- Draft administrative documents related to personnel;
- Process documents submitted by employees;
- Follow the onboarding process for new employees;
- Support the HR coordinator in developing internal communication;
- Update dashboard tracking;
- Help organise internal events.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of laws and the CCNT;
- Proficiency in IT tools and CANVA;
- Good communication skills.
