WHAT YOUR TRAINING WILL BE ABOUT
1st year of apprenticeship
- You participate in our two-day Welcome Day with all apprentices from Switzerland.
- You get to know the routines in the branch
- You will be supported at vocational school and in sales conversations with customers to shine.
2nd year of apprenticeship
- You take responsibility for certain tasks in the branch
- You will become a sales professional with the support of your trainer
- You will be trained in ordering goods and warehouse management and help with promotions and seasonal placements.
3rd year of apprenticeship
- You will be specifically prepared for your final exam in a two-day seminar so that you master it with flying colors.
- You gain valuable insights into the tasks of a manager and learn what it means to be a true leader.
- In the third year of apprenticeship, you take on a central role in the branch and can already take responsibility for your own department.
