Welding Team Leader 40% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Coordination and supervision of daily workflows

• Planning and distribution of tasks as well as ensuring efficient use of resources

• Monitoring quality requirements and adherence to agreed deadlines

• Assuming technical responsibility for welding processes in consultation with welding supervision

• Participation in demanding manufacturing and assembly work

• Collaboration with assembly and pre-production

• Deputising for the production manager

• Supporting the trainer in apprentice co-supervision

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed apprenticeship as a plant and apparatus builder or metalworker

• Further training in workshop management or experience in a similar position is an advantage

• Team-oriented working style and coaching skills

• Experience in TIG / MIG / MAG welding

• Valid welder certification

• Experience in processing steel, stainless steel and aluminium

• Dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset

• Ideal age: 35 - 45 years
