You don’t just want to plan architecture, but really shape it? If you enjoy renovation and new construction projects and consider thorough, careful project preparation just as important as the final result, then you will find exactly the right place with us to effectively implement your ideas.
Here’s what you’ll do
- Project development and planning as well as technical implementation of our diverse new construction and renovation projects
- Building submissions, approval procedures, and tenders
- Project management across all planning phases, coordination and supervision of construction sites
- Execution and detailed planning, schedule, cost, and quality control
- Deputizing for the planning department management
These are your skills and strengths
- Preferably a basic construction training and a completed degree as an architect, construction manager, or similar education
- Several years of experience in project execution
- A precise and committed working style
- A team-oriented, responsible, and motivated personality
