Exciting tasks await:

• Duty in the lodge (security centre) of the central prison, monitoring and operation of all security systems and the main telephone switchboard
• Management of the detention coordination office of the central prison and all district prisons of the canton of Aargau
• General supervisory, care and control activities in the department (including assistance in other departments)
• Completion of various administrative tasks

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence, preferably in the commercial field or in the field of disposition
• Additional qualification as a specialist for the enforcement of sentences with a federal specialist certificate or willingness to complete the training
• Reliable and independent working style, high social competence, emotional stability and an impartial attitude
• Willingness to work irregular shifts (including 2 - 6 night shifts and 2 weekends per month)
• Minimum age: 28 years, impeccable character (current criminal and debt register extract), driving licence category B

Your working environment

At the Lenzburg Correctional Facility , persons sentenced to imprisonment or custodial measures are cared for. The facility offers 380 enforcement places for closed enforcement, pre-trial detention and short sentences.
