Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner

You take on a key role between the business department, product, and IT and actively shape the further development of our products. Your experience in the benefits area is not "nice to have" but a central component.

Your tasks

• You analyze our existing claims/benefits solution and understand it in detail both technically and from a business perspective
• You lead workshops, gather requirements, moderate decisions, and structure complex requirements
• You help design UI concepts and define business rules for new or extended functions
• You translate business requirements into clear, understandable specifications for customers and developers 
• You are responsible for topics throughout the entire lifecycle: idea → concept → implementation → go-live
• You set priorities, create clarity, and ensure high quality
• You define test cases, conduct acceptance tests, and accompany quality assurance from A to Z

Your profile

• Several years of experience (about 5 years or more) as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Owner 
• Sound knowledge of processes, regulations, and contexts in the benefits area of health or accident insurance 
• Ability to analyze complex relationships and translate them into structured, actionable requirements 
• Technical affinity, especially regarding data models, interfaces, and system behavior
• Enjoyment of customer contact and stakeholder moderation
• Structured and solution-oriented working style with high quality standards 
• Clear, confident communication in German and English
