Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner

You take on a key role between the specialist department, product and IT and actively shape the further development of our products. Your experience in the benefits area of health or accident insurance is not "nice to have", but a central component.

Your tasks

• You analyse our existing claims/benefits solution and understand it in detail both professionally and technically
• You lead workshops, gather requirements, moderate decisions and structure complex requirements
• You help design UI concepts and define business rules for new or extended functions
• You translate professional requirements into clear, understandable specifications for customers and developers 
• You are responsible for topics throughout the entire lifecycle: idea → concept → implementation → go-live
• You set priorities, create clarity and ensure high quality
• You define test cases, conduct acceptance tests and accompany quality assurance from A to Z

Your profile

• Several years of experience (approx. 5 years or more) as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or Product Owner 
• Sound knowledge of processes, regulations and contexts in the benefits area of health or accident insurance 
• Ability to analyse complex contexts and translate them into structured, actionable requirements 
• Technical affinity, especially regarding data models, interfaces and system behaviour
• Enjoyment of customer contact and stakeholder moderation
• Structured and solution-oriented working style with high quality standards 
• Clear, confident communication in German and English (both at C1 level)
