What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed individual who independently manages several properties and acts as the first point of contact for tenants, clients, and external partners.

Your responsibilities include:

• Technical operation and ongoing maintenance of various properties including their infrastructure

• Carrying out minor repairs as well as organising and accompanying tradespeople assignments

• Participation in tender preparation and active involvement in project implementation

• Responsibility for cleanliness and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas

• Ensuring a flawless and representative overall impression of all managed properties

• Taking on on-call duties to ensure availability

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, you ideally bring:

• A solid basic education in building technology, facility management, or comparable qualifications

• Reliable practical experience in property management and administration

• Sound technical understanding, especially in dealing with security systems and building automation

• Independent and systematic approach with a strong service mindset

• Pragmatic thinking as well as enjoyment of organisational and administrative tasks

• Confident communication skills in German, both spoken and written

• Familiarity with digital tools and modern working methods

• Flexibility for on-call duties outside regular working hours

• Valid category B driving licence and residence in the Bern metropolitan area
