As part of our Internal Advisory Risk Management & Compliance team, you play a central role in protecting PwC's good reputation by supporting our advisory teams in delivering high-quality services to clients from various industries while complying with regulatory requirements
Your Impact
- Review contract documents and advise our project teams on risks and independence requirements to ensure all services offered comply with internal and external standards.
- Independently identify potential risks, propose risk mitigation measures, and contribute to discussions on risk identification and mitigation.
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions to provide your advisory colleagues with the necessary knowledge and understanding.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Legal, the Independence Office, and international Risk & Quality teams to share best practices and continuously drive improvements.
- Participate in internal projects and working groups to help further develop our risk management processes and regulations.
- Support the annual compliance and quality review process to ensure PwC's high standards are maintained.
Your Skill Set
- Completed education in finance, auditing, or law and enthusiasm for risk management and compliance.
- Strong in data analysis, clear communication, and good interaction with various stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, innovative, and eager to continuously develop yourself.
- Very good German and English skills (spoken and written); French is an advantage.
- Experience in auditing, risk management, or compliance is an advantage but not a must.
