For our hotel of an international hotel chain in the Bern region, we are looking to strengthen our dedicated team immediately or by arrangement with a motivated and qualified personality as:
Deputy Housekeeper (m|f|d) 40 - 80%
In this role, you will support the housekeeper in organizing and ensuring the quality of daily cleaning and hygiene tasks in a demanding hotel environment. You will take responsibility for compliance with hygiene and occupational safety standards, the management and training of employees, as well as ensuring a smooth workflow. With your experience and flexibility, you contribute to maintaining the high quality standards of Enzler Hotel-Services AG.
Your Responsibilities
- Room Release | Releasing hotel rooms for use
- Documenting Technical Defects | Reporting and documenting technical defects
- Lost and Found Management | Reporting and documenting lost and found items
- Implementing Hygiene and Safety Regulations | Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and occupational safety regulations
- Employee Training | Training and onboarding of employees
- Ensuring Quality Standards | Responsibility for compliance with quality standards
- Start of Work and Cleaning | Willingness to start at 07:00. Daily tasks in room and maintenance cleaning: o Cleaning guest roomso Caring for furnishingso Performing special cleaning taskso Cleaning public areas
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in Hotel Cleaning | Experience in cleaning hotel rooms
- Language Skills | Good German skills are required
- Work Style and Team Ability | Independent work, reliability, and teamwork
- Flexibility | Regular weekend shifts are not a problem for you
- Willingness to Work | Flexible work location considering your place of residence
- Appearance | Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
