Main Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly service to our international guests
- Build relationships with guests and respond to special requests
- Offer competent advice on food and beverages at the highest level
- Ensure that all food and drinks meet quality standards
- Prepare and maintain elegant table settings
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and management
- Take responsibility for the preparation, cleanliness, and follow-up of service areas
- Ensure a smooth operation within the team
- Actively contribute to creating an unforgettable guest experience
Your Profile
- Completed training in the hotel/restaurant industry or several years of experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy
- Experience in the upscale/premium hotel or restaurant sector
- Language skills: Very good English skills are required, any additional language is an advantage
- Excellent professional knowledge and strong service orientation
- Well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor
- Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure in stressful situations
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
