What you will achieve:
- Personnel and professional leadership of the department with 9 performance managers as well as a team leader "Medication Services" with a team of 14 caseworkers
- Responsibility for the legally and regulatorily correct processing of all services in the relevant specialist areas
- Responsibility for the analysis of service costs in the mentioned specialist areas and derivation of implications
- Responsibility for the correct recording of all statutory and contractually regulated recoveries (pricing models of the specialty list and price differences within the framework of Art. 71a-d KVV)
- Responsibility for optimizing audit processes in the specialist areas of medications and genetics
Why you will succeed:
- In addition to a successfully completed university degree in pharmacy or another scientific field, you ideally have several years of leadership experience in a comparable position
- You bring comprehensive know-how in the Swiss healthcare system and especially in health insurance
- You convince with your appearance, your conceptual skills as well as your negotiation skills and the necessary assertiveness
- You communicate fluently in German and English both orally and in writing and can also communicate in another national language
