For our Gstaad Boutique, we are looking for a Fashion Advisor for a 4-month fixed-term contract starting in December 2025.
In a demanding and constantly evolving environment, the Fashion Advisor navigates through all product universes of the boutique. They demonstrate great versatility and thus become a true ambassador of Style and Brand Image, contributing to making CHANEL the ultimate reference in luxury.
Combining a keen sense of customer service, a real team spirit, a passion for fashion, and a strong results orientation, the Advisor offers a unique and personalized CHANEL look to each client.
Generous and empathetic, they build strong relationships and know how to create a unique and memorable experience for each client, lasting over time.
MAIN MISSIONS
Customer Experience - in-store:
- They welcome customers and guide them through a customer journey within the Boutique.
- They provide an ultimate, warm, and tailored experience to each customer.
- Due to their versatility, they present and sell all product lines.
- They know and apply the procedures.
Customer Experience – loyalty:
- Thanks to their empathy, the Fashion Advisor has a perfect understanding of their existing clientele, with whom they build a privileged relationship.
- They are responsible for developing their client database and loyalty to extend the CHANEL experience beyond the visit to the Boutique.
Ambassador of CHANEL's style:
- They nurture the desire and dreams of our clients for CHANEL, combining the art of storytelling with a solid knowledge of the Brand, its heritage, its know-how, and its modernity.
- They offer their client a unique silhouette adapted to their desires, personality, and morphology, while remaining true to the style and allure of CHANEL.
- They use and develop their knowledge of luxury, fashion trends (CHANEL and other Houses) to advise clients.
Contributor to CHANEL's performance:
- They know their objectives and are a driving force in the action plans to achieve them.
- They know the stock and use their knowledge of the stock to develop their commercial performance.
- At the time of purchases, they make purchase proposals based on feedback from their clients on the collection. They also relay their clients' comments on the collection to refine the boutique's purchases.
