Apprentice Restaurant Specialist EFZ (m/f/d)
You are a hospitable personality looking for training in an extraordinary workplace? Here at Pilatus Kulm, you will gain the skills for an exciting and varied profession. Interested? Then apply with a start date of August 2027 as a Restaurant Specialist EFZ.
What you can achieve
- Warm guest service from greeting to farewell, advising on menu and drink choices
- Service in the à la carte restaurant, evening and breakfast service (half board) as well as at banquets and large events,
- Operating the cash register in self-service outlets
- Preparation and follow-up work for smooth service operations
- Preparing daily accounts
- Maintaining value preservation according to the HACCP concept
- Occasional late shifts during the apprenticeship (involving overnight stays at 2132 metres above sea level)
