Network Team Leader
Your mission
Reporting to the head of IT infrastructure operations in the Information Systems and Telecommunications (SIT) domain, you will lead the Network team. In a service-oriented organization, you will ensure the availability and reliability of the computer networks that support the daily activities of tpg. You will also propose process improvements to meet the needs of other services within the SIT domain.
Your main responsibilities
- Supervise the Network team,
- manage the evolution of computer networks to address their obsolescence,
- organize the team’s activities including on-call duties,
- manage knowledge and skills within the team,
- ensure the handling of all level 2 incidents and requests in compliance with SLAs and processes within a service-oriented framework,
- produce and present key performance indicators for the systems team and propose improvement measures,
- maintain good communication flow with business units and external clients regarding SIT operations,
- manage your service budget,
- participate in change management, process evolution, and quality improvement.
Your profile
- University degree in computer science or equivalent training,
- minimum 10 years of experience as a Network specialist, including 5 years of proven experience managing a Network team,
- more than 5 years of proven experience in reporting,
- good knowledge of ITIL is an asset,
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills with qualities of listening, empathy, kindness, and dialogue,
- perfect command of French required, English and German are assets,
- customer-oriented, excellent communication skills,
- ability to give and receive constructive feedback,
- ability to work both in a team and independently on cross-functional topics,
- organizational skills, rigor, and proactivity.
