Your Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the timely delivery of shipments within the global clinical distribution network to meet study requirements and patient needs
- Active participation and representation of PTDS in Protocol Execution Teams (PETs), Global Supply Execution Teams (gSETs), as well as in ad-hoc meetings on distribution-related topics
- Management and coordination of solution finding for operational and system-related challenges affecting timely delivery, in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing the supply of network depots in close coordination with the Clinical Demand & Supply Leader and other relevant interfaces
- Leading and participating in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support the global distribution strategy and PTDS goals
- Ensuring accurate and error-free data maintenance in the CLARA system as well as conducting first- and second-level analyses for error diagnosis and problem solving
- Working in a GMP-compliant environment adhering to applicable quality guidelines and process specifications
- Handling quality incidents and contributing to Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and change processes (planned changes), if required
Your Applicant Profile:
- Completed studies (Bachelor, Master or MBA) in business administration with a focus on operations management or supply chain management, biotechnology, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience (approx. 3 to 4 years) in clinical trial management, logistics, warehouse management, or other supply chain areas, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Solid knowledge and practical experience with SAP or ERP systems
- Experience in cross-functional, international, and intercultural working environments as well as in agile organisational structures
- Strong hands-on mentality and the ability to successfully coordinate and influence internal and external stakeholders
- High willingness to learn, curiosity, and openness to new approaches as well as the ability to actively listen, test new ideas, and drive continuous improvements
- Team-oriented and agile working style with the willingness to actively participate in cross-departmental teams and promote self-organised working methods
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently analyse and manage complex situations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment
