Your Tasks
- Handling special requirements in the areas of medicine, nursing and administration
- Ensuring demand-oriented and cost-efficient procurement
- Master data maintenance in the materials management system
- Maintenance and management of supplier relationships as well as price and contract negotiations
- Checking and approving invoices in close cooperation with accounting
- Support with local/regional purchasing issues
- Organisation and information dissemination regarding product changes, recalls, etc. in cooperation with strategic purchasing
- Support and possibly participation in the respective meetings (e.g. purchasing consortium, procurement commission meetings, etc.)
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in commercial or health-specific fields
- Relevant professional experience in purchasing desirable, preferably in the healthcare sector or a comparable field
- Commitment and assertiveness in shaping and accompanying work and change processes
- In-depth knowledge of a materials management programme desirable
- Professional handling of MS Office products
- Goal-oriented and independent working as well as good organisational skills
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
