The ICT ERP Services team is responsible for the support and development of specialised SAP applications. In collaboration with our partners from various specialised fields, we ensure the smooth operation of numerous support processes within the hospital.
For this area, we are now looking for you to strengthen our team!

IT Business Partner SAP IS-H & Patient Management 80-100%
Your tasks – our position
We are looking for a SAP Business Analyst whose main mission will be to ensure expertise in the IS-H module, while guaranteeing the continuity and development of master data as well as the patient management process. He/she will work closely with business and IT teams, participate in incident resolution, and implement change requests.
Our future colleague will also be responsible for common medical applications related to SAP (Ibicare, Diacos, Idefix, etc.)
and will assume the following tasks:
- Planning and execution of necessary updates
- Handling incidents and new requests
- Coordination of internal and external resources
- Definition of interfaces to and from SAP IS-H
- Regular system maintenance outside of usual working hours
In this role, you will work closely with other teams in our Digital & Technology department (technical support, medical services, network and infrastructure, security).
Your skills – our expectations
- You have solid SAP knowledge and at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- You master the IS-H module in a SAP ECC EHP 8 environment (experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage).
- You have several years of experience as a SAP Key User in the medical field, as well as a strong interest in IT and the willingness to familiarise yourself with technical aspects.
- Knowledge of SQL, SAP queries, and ABAP debugging is a significant advantage.
- Ideally, you have several years of experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in a hospital environment, and are familiar with Swiss tariff systems (TARMED and TARDOC).
- To ensure effective communication with hospital staff and our partners in Switzerland, the candidate must be bilingual French/German (minimum level B1–B2 in the other language).
- Excellent interpersonal skills are also required to best support the various stakeholders in transformation processes.
- Availability for on-call duty (maximum 4 weeks per year).
