Head of Department Nursing & Specialist Support

We are looking for you from November 1, 2025, or by arrangement as

• You actively participate in the management in the strategic development of the Cantonal Hospital Graubünden
• You take on the matrix and specialist responsibility for outpatient and inpatient nursing as well as the MTTB at all locations
• You lead the directly subordinate areas with around 150 employees and ensure efficient processes as well as a high quality of service
• You continuously promote the improvement of patient-centeredness and economic efficiency
• You lead and participate in internal and external projects as well as committees

• You have a degree in nursing at tertiary level and sound knowledge in business administration and process development
• You have several years of experience in nursing and leadership with a focus on personnel and organizational development
• You act solution-oriented, think entrepreneurially, and have a high customer and service orientation
• Strategic tasks are enjoyable and suit you, you are digitally savvy and characterized by assertiveness
• You are strong in communication, act independently, and serve as a sparring partner with other management members
