These are the exciting tasks
- Responsible for handling the entire personnel administration from A to Z
- Advising and supporting supervisors and employees in administrative HR matters at the counter and on the phone
- Maintaining all relevant data in the personnel information system
- Preparing and processing various evaluations
- Supporting the entire HR team
- Participating in HR projects and supporting the optimization of HR processes
These requirements must be met
- Completed commercial training and ideally further training as an HR assistant
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- High degree of independence and service orientation
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good MS Office skills
