Medical Assistant 50% – Marly (Fribourg)

As part of the development of our general medicine centre in Marly (Fribourg), Clinimed is looking for a Medical Assistant 50% to complete its team.

We are primarily seeking a versatile person, capable of handling both secretarial and patient reception duties as well as tasks related to the laboratory and blood sampling.

Your main duties

• Welcoming patients and managing reception
• Handling telephone calls and appointments
• Medical secretarial and routine administrative tasks
• Blood sampling and collection
• Performing routine laboratory analyses
• Preparing and processing samples
• Managing and transmitting results
• Assisting doctors in patient care
• Managing medical equipment and consumables
• Contributing to the smooth daily operation of the centre

Your profile

• Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as Medical Assistant or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a practice or medical centre preferred
• Excellent proficiency in blood sampling essential
• Good knowledge of routine laboratory activities
• Comfortable with secretarial work, reception and telephone contact
• Good presentation, friendly, welcoming and pleasant attitude
• Empathy, good listening skills and excellent rapport with patients
• Organised, dynamic, reliable and autonomous person
• Good computer skills
• Team spirit and service-oriented
• Excellent command of French; any other language is an asset
