For our client, an IT service company based in Sissach, we are looking for a motivated IT System Engineer / IT Supporter. - Plan and modify IT infrastructures for customer projects Evaluation, testing, documenting and rolling out IT components
- Support 2nd level support with issues on customer systems
- Lead and optimise processes (basic installation of customer systems and product range management)
- Collaborate in the area of IT security
- Define, document and train guidelines and best practices for the specialist department (customers and internal)
- Close cooperation with other departments
- IT knowledge in networks, automated imaging, scripting with PowerShell Bash as well as with VMs, especially with Hyper-V
- Knowledge in the Microsoft or Windows environment (SQL, SharePoint, Teams, O365)
- Confident handling of internal and external customers and IT service providers
- Conceptual, structured and reliable way of working
- Very good language skills in German & English (spoken and written)
- Responsible role - work schedule can be co-designed
