Financial Accountant / Junior Controller 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent preparation of periodic reports as well as conducting ad-hoc analyses for internal stakeholders

• Responsibility for defined sub-areas in the monthly closing process in financial and management accounting

• Active collaboration and support in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting

• Function as key user for financial applications, especially SAP S/4 HANA

• Independent implementation of sub-projects as well as tasks for process optimisation

• Participation in annual financial statement work

• Support of the finance management in various matters

What do I need to be successful?

• A professional certificate in finance & accounting, a university of applied sciences / higher technical college degree in business administration with a focus on accounting & controlling, or a comparable qualification

• Applicants currently undergoing relevant further training are also welcome

• Solid business knowledge combined with sound financial expertise

• Ideally practical experience in accounting and/or controlling

• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken

• Practical experience with ERP systems

• Key user experience is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills and a holistic understanding of processes

• A team-oriented, committed and proactive personality with initiative
