Service Advisor 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a service advisor who supports customers from appointment coordination to vehicle handover and maintains active customer contact. You work closely with the sales team and act as the interface between the workshop and the customers. Your tasks include preparing quotes according to orders, checking vehicles for cleanliness and completeness, as well as professional order processing. With your expertise and passion for holistic mobility, you convince the customers.

What do I need to be successful?

• Automotive technical training, such as certified automotive specialist or automotive mechatronics technician

• Good commercial knowledge and several years of professional experience as a service advisor are an advantage

• Confident, well-groomed and engaging appearance as well as excellent manners

• High service orientation, communicative flair and commitment

• Good PC skills, foreign languages are an advantage

• Valid driving licence category B
