Job Description

  • Holistic care and support of clients in the home environment

  • Implementation of nursing and medical-technical measures

  • Documentation of the services provided

  • Collaboration with relatives and interdisciplinary professionals

  • Promotion of the independence and quality of life of the clients

Requirements Profile

  • Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ

  • Experience in Spitex

  • You are familiar with Perigon

  • Enjoy working independently

  • Responsible and reliable working style

  • High social and professional competence

  • Good German language skills, spoken and written
