- Support and further development of workplace clients (Windows 11) in collaboration with specialised external partners
- Ensuring compatibility of player hardware, operating systems, and drivers
- Development and maintenance of automations using batch and PowerShell scripts
- Support with network integration as well as close cooperation with infrastructure and service desk teams
- Monitoring of clients and hardware, analysis of faults, and thorough documentation of the system landscape
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems, including imaging, services, and system optimisation
- Experience with hardware components, driver management, and compatibility checks
- Practical experience in batch and PowerShell scripting for automation
- Basic knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, VLAN, and DHCP
- Basic Linux knowledge is an advantage
- Openness to new technologies, structured working method, and an innovative mindset
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as good English skills (B1)
- Possession of a category B driving licence
- Flexible working hours, at least five weeks’ holiday plus optional additional leave

Responsibilities
- Operation, support, and further development of digital playout clients, primarily based on Windows and Windows Embedded, occasionally also Linux- Support and further development of workplace clients (Windows 11) in collaboration with specialised external partners
- Ensuring compatibility of player hardware, operating systems, and drivers
- Development and maintenance of automations using batch and PowerShell scripts
- Support with network integration as well as close cooperation with infrastructure and service desk teams
- Monitoring of clients and hardware, analysis of faults, and thorough documentation of the system landscape
Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology/platform development- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems, including imaging, services, and system optimisation
- Experience with hardware components, driver management, and compatibility checks
- Practical experience in batch and PowerShell scripting for automation
- Basic knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, VLAN, and DHCP
