Your field of activity

• In this role, you take on the personnel and technical leadership of a construction team and ensure targeted, structured collaboration
• With your expertise, you accompany and support your team in constructive challenges in timber construction
• You are responsible for the planning as well as the resource planning of your team and ensure efficient utilisation
• You shape the further development of the department with foresight and contribute innovatively with new ideas
• In close cooperation, you support the timber construction project managers in constructive and organisational matters

Your foundation

• With further training in timber construction (e.g. timber construction foreman, HF technician or timber construction engineer or similar) and sound constructive knowledge, you have a solid professional foundation
• You have a talent for dealing with people and have initial experience in a leadership role
• Your solution-oriented and flexible working style as well as high initiative convince in everyday work
• You act proactively, think ahead and contribute innovatively to our processes and structures
