For a centrally located retirement and nursing home in Basel, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a deputy residential area manager (m/f) HF 90 - 100%.

Requirements Profile

You have successfully completed training as a qualified nurse HF and have professional experience in long-term care.
You have already worked with the RAI software and ideally hold the certificate as an RAI supervisor
You are empathetic and enjoy working with elderly and demented people

Tasks

You are responsible for a nursing ward with 34 beds and the home care services for tenants in assisted living. You lead and support around 20 employees. You enjoy supervising trainees and are motivated to actively contribute to the further development of our facility.
