This is the task

Analysis of digitalisation needs as well as conception and implementation of innovative solutions for production
Management and realisation of digitalisation and Industry 4.0 projects in the existing machinery park
Introduction and further development of smart factory technologies, networked systems and digital manufacturing solutions
Development and implementation of software and edge solutions in the production environment
Consulting and support of departments on questions of digitalisation, networking and continuous process optimisation

This is what we expect

Technical basic training with further education at HF/FH level or comparable qualification in the fields of automation, computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or systems engineering
Experience in the implementation of digitalisation, automation or Industry 4.0 projects in an industrial environment
Good knowledge of programming (ideally C#/.NET), SQL and database applications and/or PLC controls
Expertise in network technologies, industrial communication protocols and cybersecurity/OT security topics is an advantage
Analytical, innovative and independent personality with high initiative as well as strong communication and team skills
