About the job
For our client, an established company in the field of technical building equipment, we are looking for an experienced individual as a Specialist Project Manager Heating. You will take on the technical and organisational supervision of heating projects and accompany them from planning to successful implementation. In doing so, you coordinate various project participants, keep an eye on deadlines and quality, and maintain close communication with customers and internal specialist departments.
- Coordination of technical planning and alignment of the proposed solutions with the project participants
- Organisation of project processes from preparation through execution to completion
- Management of deadlines, costs, quality, and technical requirements within the projects supervised
- Collaboration with planners, specialists, suppliers, and executing companies
- Support with technical clarifications, execution questions, and optimisation of system concepts
- Accompanying projects through to handover and ensuring clean project documentation
- Further education at HF/FH level in the field of building services advantageous
- Professional experience in planning, execution, or project management of heating systems
- Experience in independent organisation and coordination of technical projects
- Good understanding of technical and economic contexts in building services
- Responsible, structured, and independent working style
- Customer-oriented and communicative personality with enjoyment in collaborating with various contacts
- Fluent German skills, additional languages advantageous
- Responsible position with independent supervision of diverse heating projects
- Varied tasks between technology, project coordination, and customer contact
