What to expect

In this role, you will support our customers quickly and straightforwardly in the event of a claim.

Your impact with us

You assist our customers in claims processing and personally accompany them throughout the entire process. You receive the claim notifications and are responsible for further processing and handling. You independently initiate necessary immediate measures and maintain close contact with all parties involved.

What you bring

• Completed training in the insurance sector
• Solid professional experience in claims processing
• Enjoyment of customer contact and professional support in the event of a claim
• Independent, responsible, and proactive personality
• Fluent German language skills
