Designer AVOR 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for the development, constructive implementation and cost calculation of customised special solutions in the office furniture sector

• Technical elaboration of special solution concepts for table systems, storage furniture and individual customer requirements

• Creation of 3D designs as well as production of manufacturing drawings and production-relevant documents

• Management and updating of parts lists, master data and technical documentation in the ERP system

• Professional advice and technical support for the sales, project management and production departments

• Clarification of technical specifications and requirements in collaboration with suppliers and external partners

• Selection of suitable materials, fitting components, metal parts and fastening systems

• Ensuring cost-effective, timely and production-compliant realisation

• Participation in the continuous development and optimisation of products, processes and technical guidelines

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical basic training, for example as a carpenter, designer, technical draughtsman, wood technician or in a comparable profession

• Solid professional experience in the areas of design, AVOR or technical project processing

• Knowledge of furniture, interior construction, kitchen, shopfitting or metal construction is advantageous

• Confident handling of CAD software in the 3D area

• Practical experience with ERP systems

• Enthusiasm for customised solutions and demanding technical tasks

• Structured and independent working style as well as the ability to think in a networked way

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork

• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
