Commercial Refrigeration Project Manager

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for the profitability of your projects, ensuring their follow-up and financial management;
• You will be in charge of the study and costing of quotes for your sites and for our maintenance sites;
• You will guarantee compliance with contractual and budgetary commitments;
• You will supervise the organisation of interventions by your fitters and technicians and manage the equipment;
• You will also manage subcontracting;
• You are proactive and provide suggestions for improvement regarding performance, operation, and safety;
• You will be required to travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland as part of your projects.

Your profile

• You have a higher technical education in refrigeration (ES technician, engineer, IFFI, HES, BF, DF, etc.);
• You have at least 2 years of experience in managing refrigeration installation projects;
• You have very good technical knowledge in refrigeration, particularly CO2. Advanced knowledge in electricity and control systems is a plus;
• You are proficient with common IT tools;
• You have an operational level of technical English. Knowledge of another language is an asset;
• You are a good communicator, organised, and possess strong analytical and synthesis skills.
