The Social Welfare Office (SVA) supports and coordinates the implementation of policies for people with disabilities and for senior citizens. It plans the range of services and manages the financing and supervision of special and social pedagogical institutions within its area of responsibility. It plans the space requirements in nursing homes, the need for help and care at home, and pays contributions to persons who cannot finance their stay in a nursing home themselves. It is also responsible for financing the residual costs of care.

- Conducting legal research and analyses in the various areas of activity of the office
- Developing and adapting legal bases, guidelines, procedures and templates
- Handling legal questions
- Writing minutes of meetings
Desired profile
- Master's degree in law
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with complex matters and propose pragmatic, legally sound solutions
- Independence, initiative and the ability to make suggestions
- Proficiency in German or French with good knowledge of the other language
