Your tasks

You look after and develop an existing customer base in the joinery market.
You acquire new customers and build long-term partnerships.
You identify potential and develop individual solutions with real added value.
You accompany customer projects from the first idea to successful implementation.
Together with our expert team, you support customers with technical and application-specific questions.
You optimise inventory management and procurement processes together with your customers.
You conduct professional sales and annual discussions.
You work goal-oriented and are responsible for turnover, contribution margin and the sustainable development of your sales area.

Your profile

Training as a joiner with a Federal VET Diploma or a comparable qualification
Ideally further training as a technician HF or project manager
Sales experience or the motivation to develop further in consultative sales
Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Enthusiasm for modern technologies and digital working tools
Driving licence category B
