Job Description
A meaningful role, at the heart of Geneva’s nursing homes
- As a nursing assistant, you will undertake occasional or scheduled assignments within medico-social establishments in the canton of Geneva.
- Alongside a multidisciplinary team, you play a key role in the overall care of residents.
- You provide nursing and support care with autonomy and kindness, under the responsibility of a nurse, while ensuring clear and reliable handovers to guarantee continuity of care.
- Flexible hours (continuous, split shifts, night, weekends and public holidays) for a varied, humane and rewarding activity.
Profile Sought
- You are a nursing assistant with at least one year of successful experience in geriatrics.
- Previous experience in a Swiss nursing home would be a real advantage.
- Attuned to residents’ well-being, you place the human being at the heart of your practice. Calm, responsive and able to manage complex situations with composure, you demonstrate professionalism in all circumstances.
- You enjoy working in a team, possess excellent interpersonal skills and are able to adapt flexibly to the needs on the ground.
- Organisation, kindness, and team spirit are your daily strengths.
