Quality Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client in Courtaman is looking for a Quality Manager who takes central responsibility for ensuring and continuously developing quality standards in an industrial production environment. In this key position, you will work cross-departmentally and act as the central contact person for all quality-related issues.

Your main tasks include:

• Monitoring and ensuring production quality

• Driving process optimisation and continuous improvements

• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards

• Coordinating and communicating with various departments on quality matters

What do I need to be successful?

Solid practical experience in quality management within industrial manufacturing

• Sound knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard

• Proven experience in production quality and process optimisation

• Hands-on mentality with a solution-oriented approach and strong communication skills

• Fluent German skills, both spoken and written

• Desirable: Technical training and know-how in handling machinery or metalworking

• Desirable: Knowledge in occupational safety and health protection
