The Cantonal Police of Appenzell I.Rh. is looking for a caretaker / building maintenance specialist (female) or a caretaker / building maintenance specialist (male) for a 100% position starting 1 April 2027.
Your Tasks
- General caretaking as well as carrying out minor repairs independently
- Ensuring the functionality of all technical systems in the building
- Organisation and supervision of external craftsmen and service providers
- Cleaning of stairwells, entrance areas, windows as well as sanitary facilities
- Cleaning of office rooms, disposal and carrying out minor transports
- Maintenance and care of the building and the outdoor area (including winter service)
Your Profile
- Training as a building maintenance specialist, craft training, or several years of experience as a caretaker with a flair for technology
- Neat appearance and good manners
- Independent, precise and efficient working style
- Team player and reliable
- Good knowledge of German and an impeccable reputation. Basic Office skills are an advantage
