Welcome to Spitex 24 AG. We provide care, support, and domestic services in the cantons of Aargau, Zug, and Zurich.
To strengthen our team at the location on Pfingstweidstrasse in Zurich (right next to Hardbrücke), we are looking for a case manager (Case Management, Care Management) for a workload of 80-100%. Are you looking to start working in an office and still want to be active in the healthcare sector with meaningful tasks? Then we have the right position for you.
What you will do:
- Personal consultation of clients
- Management of up to 30 nursing staff
- Office tasks such as care planning, writing prescriptions, and organising aids
- Personal contact with involved relatives, doctors, health insurers, public services, and clinics
- Support in recruitment (conducting interviews)
What you bring with you:
- Qualified nurse (HF/FH) or equivalent training or recognition from the SRK
- Efficient, independent, and prompt working style
- High communication skills with all stakeholders and very good German language skills
- Proactive type with organisational talent and strong assertiveness
- Driving licence category B
