The varied day

• Administrative management and supervision of real estate properties in the RIMO system
• Organisation and execution of apartment inspections and handovers as well as tenant support
• Collaboration in key and access management including administration of physical and electronic access rights
• Receipt, recording, triage and forwarding of reports and orders concerning infrastructure and equipment
• Support in car park management and care of external partners
• Recording and coordination of orders in the Planon system
• General administrative tasks in the real estate sector
• Support of the finance department with rent arrears as well as heating and ancillary cost accounting

Your diverse talents

• Completed vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally 2 years in the relevant field
• Further training in property management is an advantage
• Confident and very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Good MS Office skills
• Knowledge of RIMO or comparable management software is an advantage
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment in contact with various stakeholders
