Administrative Manager at 80%
The Child Services of the City of Morges is looking for a:
Administrative Manager at 80%
Main tasks:
- ensure the management of childcare places in the pre- and after-school structures of the city of Morges
- manage registrations, attendance changes, and cancellations of day care
- invoice the day care services for children and ensure follow-up
- write letters, documents, and sector notes based on directives
- provide regular support to reception and colleagues
We expect:
- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in business administration or equivalent training
- proficiency in common computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- experience in secretarial work and invoicing
- knowledge of day care and KIBE software is an asset
- must be able to work on Wednesdays and Fridays (full days)
