- You are responsible for operation, maintenance and support of customer environments.
- You analyse faults and implement sustainable technical solutions.

- You plan and carry out your tasks independently and responsibly.
- You work solution-oriented and support the team with your technical expertise.
- You contribute ideas for automation and continuous optimisation of IT environments.
- You have good knowledge of Windows Server/Client, Active Directory, Exchange, virtualisation.
- You bring network knowledge in switching, routing and WLAN. IT security is an advantage.
- You have experience in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as in analysing and resolving complex faults.
- You communicate confidently, appreciate customer contact and convince with an authentic appearance.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner even under time pressure and take on additional responsibility if required.

- You design, implement and optimise IT infrastructures with a focus on Microsoft, Aruba and Fortinet.- You realise IT projects from planning to acceptance.
- You are responsible for operation, maintenance and support of customer environments.
- You analyse faults and implement sustainable technical solutions.
- You continuously develop your know-how and share your knowledge within the team.
- You plan and carry out your tasks independently and responsibly.
- You work solution-oriented and support the team with your technical expertise.

Profile
- You have completed an IT apprenticeship in system technology and have initial professional experience.- You have good knowledge of Windows Server/Client, Active Directory, Exchange, virtualisation.
- You bring network knowledge in switching, routing and WLAN. IT security is an advantage.
