Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (80-100%)

What awaits you:

• Independent, competent and resource-oriented basic and treatment care of our clients of all ages with a wide variety of medical conditions
• Taking on case responsibility
• Responsible for planning, managing and monitoring the care process 
• Conducting assessments and status discussions with RAI-HC 
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, doctors and other services

What you bring:

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
• Professional experience and broad expertise
• An independent, responsible way of working
• Openness, flexibility and empathy
• Willingness to travel by car or e-bike
