Legal Advisor (m/f/d) 80-100%

What you will achieve

• You take on the legal support and advice of our clients
• You handle corporate law matters
• You participate in M&A transactions, especially in company acquisitions and mergers between third parties
• You conduct due diligence reviews
• You accompany internal group restructurings
• You independently lead projects and coordinate collaboration between various disciplines such as law, tax, deal advisory, accounting and auditing

What makes you successful

• You have a completed degree in law and hold a lawyer’s licence from a canton
• You possess legal expertise in the aforementioned areas of law and/or have a strong motivation to acquire such expertise in these areas
• You describe yourself as a pronounced team player, service-oriented, likeable, positive and cooperative
• You have a strong sense for needs-oriented personal advice, with confident and precise expression in German and (ideally) English
