Your Tasks
• Responsibility for holistic nursing and care
• Taking over responsibility for the nursing process
• Communication with relatives and external partners
• Bringing in up-to-date professional knowledge
• Taking over daily responsibility in the residential area
Your Profile
• Tertiary qualification as a nursing specialist or an equivalent foreign qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Solid, current professional knowledge
• Service- and person-oriented action and work
• Communicative and empathetic
• Experience with assessments, nursing concepts such as kinaesthetics, validation, aromatherapy
• Progressive understanding of nursing
• Team player, responsible and flexible
